Russian Theatre Books – Seeking Interested Home I have accumulated a substantial collection of Russian-language books on Konstantin Stanislavsky, Vladimir Nemirovich-Danchenko, the Moscow Art Theatre, and related figures from late 19th–early 20th century Russian theatre. These were gathered over more than twenty years through my teaching, research, and scholarship, including repeated summer study trips to Moscow in partnership with the Moscow Art Theatre School. Many items would likely be difficult to acquire in the U.S. today. I’m looking to place this collection where it will be actively used. If you know of a bookstore, library, Slavic studies program, theatre department, archive, or private collector who might be interested, I would appreciate any leads.
